Terms of service
These terms govern access to Topeater, a software platform for food businesses to manage websites, menus, ordering, reservations, payments, customers, marketing and related operations.
Business responsibility
Businesses remain responsible for their food, pricing, taxes, licenses, fulfilment, delivery, customer service, refunds, staff actions and compliance with laws that apply to their operations.
Accounts and access
Users must provide accurate account information, protect their login credentials and use only permissions granted to them. Business owners are responsible for staff access they create or approve.
Plans, fees and third-party services
Features can depend on subscription plan, country, provider availability and configured integrations. Payment processors, banks, domain registrars, email providers and other third parties may apply separate fees, terms, availability requirements or processing rules.
Acceptable use
You may not use Topeater for unlawful activity, fraud, abusive messaging, malicious automation, security interference, unauthorized access, infringement, or misuse of another business’s or customer’s information.
Platform availability
We work to provide reliable service but cannot promise uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, provider failures, network conditions or events outside Topeater’s reasonable control may affect availability.
Suspension and termination
Topeater may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, unpaid obligations, legal compliance or material violation of these terms. Account holders may stop using the service subject to applicable billing and data-retention obligations.
Changes
Product features and these terms may evolve. Material changes should be communicated through the platform or other appropriate channels before they take effect where required.
Effective August 19, 2026. Review these terms with qualified counsel before relying on them for a specific jurisdiction or commercial arrangement.
